Details

Ginger has been famous all throughout history for its warming comfort to the GI and stomach. Not only does it promote normal digestion, it also supports the normal assimilation of nutrients.

Those experiencing occasional digestive discomfort, including nausea and motion sickness often find the herb very useful. So do those who eat on the run, chew too fast, or eat under stressful conditions.

Constituents found in Ginger including gingerol, gingerdione, and shogaol also support the normal function of pathways such as cyclooxygenase (COX), lipoxygenase, and (TNF)-alpha, that relate to the body's own natural response to inflammation after strenuous exercise.

Throughout history, Ginger has played an important role in health and comfort. Try it the next time you want to support normal digestion! Safe for long-term use.*

Ginger is traditional used to provide support digestion. See our product benefits above. We don't make a Ginger tea ourselves, but we sure agree with you...it's warming and delicious! Enjoy!

What is the caplet made of?

Asked by: Leah
Hi Leah. What a great question. At Himalaya, we use a very distinctive technology to bind our caplets together with parts of the actual plant. Instead of using an artificial tableting glue, the gummy and resinous matter present in the plant itself act as our binder, holding the caplet together.
