Delicious cookies in 12 minutes


  • 16 oz. of chunky peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp. of Stevia* if you are using Truvia Stevia lower this down to ¼ tbsp.
  • Extra stevia for topping (see instructions below)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Combine all ingredients and mix well until it’s the consistency of cookie dough. Spoon out a large serving and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on greased sheet about 3 inches apart. Take a fork and dip it into Stevia, then press into the cookies to make criss-cross design for an added bit of sugar-free sweetness. Bake for 12 minutes.
