Innovation Manager - North America

Position/Title: Innovation Manager - North America

Department: Marketing

Himalaya Wellness is seeking an Innovation Manager to develop a robust pipeline of North American innovation
projects in the supplements and personal care spaces.

Reporting to the Director of Innovation, you will be responsible for identifying market opportunities and
overseeing new product launches to drive incremental, sustainable, and profitable growth. Responsibilities will
include leading category deep dives, writing new product briefs, and managing timelines, budgets, and vendor
activities to bring a new item from concept to reality. 

You will collaborate internally with North American brand marketing, sales, R&D and operations teams, as well as Himalaya team members globally in the Dubai and Bangalore hubs.

In this role, you will join an organization with high expectations for strategic thinking and on-point execution. We
are looking for a candidate who can be flexible and work with a sense of urgency in a dynamic, changing
environment. We seek to hire and support individuals who ask questions and uncover ways to improve strategies and tactics involving our brands, operations, and go-to market activities.

Accounts Payable Staff 

Position/Title: Accounts Payable Staff

Reports To:  Controller

Job Type: Part Time

The Accounts Payable Staff completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices. We are seeking a candidate who can assign invoices to the proper cost centers, work with vendors to resolve past due invoices, reconcile monthly statements and work closely with the Staff Accountant.

 

E-Commerce Coordinator

Position/Title: E-commerce Coordinator

Reports To: Manager – E-Commerce

Job Classification: Exempt

Job Type: Full Time

Himalaya Wellness is seeking a highly self-motivated person, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The E-commerce Coordinator will need to possess the ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced atmosphere, detail oriented, proactive, and can work well in a sales force environment. The individual should show enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills. The candidate should be able to work in collaboration with others to complete daily tasks and offer support to their team. Strong written and oral communication and strong computer skills are essential.
