Summary
Himalaya is a science-backed wellness company with nearly a century of expertise rooted in nature. We are seeking a Digital Designer to build out visual design and light video production across our Amazon digital shelf, social channels, and paid advertising.
This role will be instrumental in scaling the impact of Himalaya's growth marketing function as our paid and social commerce channels grow. This role will report to the Director of Growth Marketing.
Role Overview
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for producing visual and light video assets across Himalaya's Amazon presence, social channels, and paid media. Your objective will be to give Himalaya's growth marketing function the creative volume it needs to scale — operating as the team's AI-forward creative resource across every asset you produce.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for expanding Himalaya's creative capacity across Amazon, social, and paid digital channels.
Amazon Digital Shelf Design
- Design Amazon A+ Content, Brand Store modules, and PDP visual assets across a multi-SKU catalog.
- Partner with the Ecommerce and Brand teams to keep content current, on-brand, and compliant with product claims.
Social & Paid Creative
- Create paid social ad creative — static and light video — for testing and scaling what performs.
- Assist in producing organic social content and brand assets in partnership with the Social Lead.
- Adapt creative across formats and platforms as paid and social commerce channels scale.
Content Production & Volume
- Keep every asset on-brand and production-ready, with no additional handoffs required to ship.
- Manage a high volume of concurrent design requests across paid, social, and ecommerce stakeholders.
Champions AI
- Own the exploration and application of AI creative tools — image generation, video, and asset variation — across content production. Stay at the forefront of emerging AI capabilities and translate them into scalable production practices across Amazon, social, and paid channels.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic/digital design, ideally at a CPG, DTC, beauty, or wellness brand.
- Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- High use and familiarity of AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, Nano Banana, or equivalent).
- Experience designing for Amazon (A+ Content, Brand Store, PDP) and paid/organic social.
- A portfolio demonstrating range across ecommerce, social, and paid channels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from multiple stakeholders across paid, social, and ecommerce.
- Comfort with ambiguity, a high volume of concurrent requests, and a willingness to keep learning new tools.
- Experience with video editing and project management tools.
- Experience and a personal interest in supplements, the natural products industry, or personal care is a significant advantage to candidates.
