Position/Title: E-commerce Coordinator

Reports To: Manager - E-commerce

Job Classification: Exempt

Job Type: Full Time


Summary
Himalaya Wellness is seeking a highly self-motivated person, with strong organizational skills and attention to
detail. The E-commerce Coordinator will need to possess the ability to manage time wisely in a fast-paced
atmosphere, detail oriented, proactive, and can work well in a sales force environment. The individual should
show enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills. The candidate should be able to work in collaboration with
others to complete daily tasks and offer support to their team. Strong written and oral communication and
strong computer skills are essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless support to the Manager – E-Commerce to help support the daily business activities.
  • Create, update, and maintain FBA SKUs, and item level information with key e-Tailers such as Amazon,Walmart.com, Target Plus etc.
  • Open cases with Seller Support where necessary and make sure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Edit existing listings on Amazon and other marketplaces whenever needed as well as add new items via using flat files.
  • Perform daily audit for Buy Box loss for Amazon and Walmart and communicate with the team for any issues.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly checks on Amazon seller portals for account health notifications, feedback, reviews, and inventory management.
  • Manual data entry to maintain tracker for content and inventory updates for Seller Central.
  • Maintain vendor portals and marketplace integrator portals such as Vendor Central, Seller Central, Acenda to add and edit product information as needed.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with operations team to ensure inventory is well-maintained across all platforms.
  • Coordinate and follow-up with the Marketing/Creative team to ensure timely completion and production of the marketing collaterals required to execute successful new product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Create, update, and maintain catalog information of other B2B retailers.
  • Conduct yearly audits for all platforms to perform quality checks for all digital content.

Competencies

  • The candidate should be enthusiastic, creative, and high-energy and be highly effective working with a remote team.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and co-ordinate on ongoing projects in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrate effective and clear communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to receive feedback and use it positively to improve the work.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Experience with tools like Dropbox, Share point and Asana.

Experience

  • Associate/Bachelors degree preferred, or 1-2 years of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, Walmart related experience required.
  • Experience and knowledge of solving common problems on Seller Central preferred.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the natural products industry is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with vendor and supplier portals experience a plus.
