Position/Title: Financial Analyst

As an FP&A analyst, you will work with the CFO and other management playing a key role in financial planning and working across all departments to provide a wide range of financial and decision support information to the management and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing and execution of Annual Operating Plan (AOP), facilitate and manage the budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning.

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and operating cash flow, identifying and analyzing unexpected variances and making recommendations on corrective actions.

  • Performs customer and product profitability analysis.

  • Create and maintain relevant financial and operational KPI’s.

  • Help to prepare executive monthly presentations.

  • Month-end reporting and analysis, including preparation of monthly division reports, and other ad-hoc requests.

  • Ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making for new business initiatives. This will include preparing and reviewing a variety of complex financial data and will maintain and update financial models and forecasts.

  • Review actuals vs. forecasts, investigate material variances, develop tools for improving the forecasting and actual results and roll them out to the executive and management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • At least five years of previous experience in finance, preferably in a complex financial analysis capacity.

  • Accuracy in developing complex budgets. And tracking budgeting.

  • Excellent communication and written skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. And ability to develop and maintain cooperative and productive working relationships.

  • Ability to working in an unusually fast-paced environment. And handle multiple deadlines and tasks with diplomacy.
